Game Making for grown-ups: Intro to Unity

  • The National Videogame Arcade 24-32 Carlton Street Nottingham, England, NG1 1NN United Kingdom (map)

18+ Activity

Have you always wanted to have a go at making games but don't know where to start?

Join us for this introduction to Unity- an all purpose engine that supports 2D and 3D graphics and is primarily used to develop videogames and simulations for computers, consoles, and mobile devices.

This session will introduce the basics of the program, and go over everything you need to enable you to go home and start developing. We will be covering the basics of asset creation, Objects and C# programming all to start you on your game making journey!

We have a laptop available for each participant, but if you want to bring your own, please make sure you have downloaded Unity before you arrive (the free version is fine). We keep our class sizes small, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
